Pricing & Revenue
How do I make money?
You access experiences at wholesale prices and can resell them at your own final price. The difference between the wholesale price and your selling price is your revenue.
You can either sell directly to your customers or let them pay through Fever's checkout at the retail price, in which case your margin is paid out to you monthly.
Who sets the prices?
Event organizers define:
• The wholesale price (what you pay)
• A recommended retail price
You can then decide your final selling price based on your strategy and customers.
By default, wholesale prices are set in the platform. For high-volume partners, custom agreements may be available with specific organizers.
Do I have full control over pricing?
If you purchase at wholesale prices and resell outside the platform, you can set your own price and bundle or package experiences.
If you share a payment link through Fever's platform, your customer will pay the retail price set by the event organizer.
What margins can I expect?
Margins vary depending on the experience and how you price it. Many partners optimize margins by packaging experiences or tailoring pricing to their audience.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Joining Fever's distribution platform is free, with no upfront costs to get started.
Are there any fees or commitments?
There are no fixed fees or minimum commitments. You only pay the wholesale price when you make a booking.
Can I bundle experiences or resell them as part of a package?
Yes. Many partners combine experiences with other services (e.g. travel, hospitality, or corporate offerings) and sell them as part of a broader package.

What kind of experiences can I sell?
You can sell a wide range of curated experiences across categories, including immersive exhibitions, concerts, cultural events, attractions, and more.
Our catalog is powered by thousands of top organizers worldwide.
Do you offer exclusive inventory?
Yes. Fever produces and distributes original experiences, alongside exclusive content from leading organizers that may not be available on other platforms.
In which cities are you available?
Fever operates in 500+ cities across 30+ countries, with a strong presence in major destinations worldwide.
Are all experiences available to book?
All experiences available for distribution are visible on the platform.
Most can be booked instantly, while some organizers may require approval before granting access to specific resellers.
Not all experiences available on Fever's consumer marketplace are necessarily accessible for resale. However, you will have full visibility over the content available for your business type, including exclusive experiences not publicly available online.
Is availability real-time?
Yes. Availability and pricing are updated in real time, ensuring you always sell accurate inventory.
Bookings & Operations
How do bookings work?
You select experiences and complete bookings through Fever's platform.
You can either purchase at wholesale prices and resell to your customers, or share a payment link so your customer pays the retail price through Fever's checkout. The wholesale price is never visible to your customer.
Depending on the experience, you may also have the option to reserve spots before completing the payment.
How do I pay for bookings?
Fever offers flexible payment options, including:
• Prepaid balance (top up and use as you go)
• Bank transfer
• Card payments and more
Can I reserve spots before confirming a booking?
Yes. For many experiences, you can reserve spots for your clients and complete the payment before the reservation expires.
In some cases, a partial upfront deposit may be required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance payable before the expiration deadline.
How are tickets delivered?
Tickets are generated by Fever and can be:
• Shared digitally with your customers
• Downloaded and distributed by you
• Printed if needed for physical delivery
Can I cancel or modify bookings?
Cancellation and modification policies depend on each experience and are clearly defined before booking.
Is customer support included?
If your customer completes the purchase through Fever's checkout, Fever provides 24/7 customer support across multiple channels and 12 languages.
If you manage the sale outside the platform, you are responsible for customer communication, as Fever does not have visibility over the final customer.
Can I manage bookings and track performance?
Yes. You can manage bookings, track performance, and access key data through Fever's platform.
When do I get paid?
If your customer pays through Fever's checkout, your revenue (the difference between the final price and the wholesale price) is paid out to you on a monthly basis, based on completed experiences.
You can choose to withdraw your earnings or use them as balance within the platform to pay for future bookings.
If you purchase at the wholesale price and resell outside the platform, you collect the full payment directly from your customer, and no payout from Fever is involved.

No. You can start selling immediately using Fever's platform, with no technical setup or integration required.
